Sorry, y’all, this one missed the mark for me. I could not fathom: 1) how much of an unbelievable airhead Piper was, 2) how anyone could fall in love with such an unbelievable airhead, 3) how such an unbelievable airhead could have a secret heart of gold to help old men cross the street.

It didn’t help that my least favorite term of endearment, “baby”, was frequently used. (Shudder)

I’ll stick to Ali Hazelwood, I guess.
