This is yet another one of those “I can’t believe I didn’t read this sooner” books! And even though I read it in February I have still been thinking about it! I’m so glad I grabbed this special edition because it’s stunning! 😍

Childhood friends to strangers to neighbors, marriage of convenience, single guardian. So good!

Noah and Shay both felt like such authentic characters! I loved their friendship and the ways they reconnected and built upon that. And sweet Gennie totally stole every scene she was in!

This is absolutely one I’ll be re-reading, and I can’t wait to read In a Rush!

I started this book forever ago but now actually read it. The sex scenes were gross ngl I fear I do not like spicy books that much. Overall was good tho I love when the main character has a kid that the other one falls in love with too

shay and noah.

My heart! This book has my entire heart! The love in this story is beyond compare.

Noah is a growly, sexy, blushing jam maker! I absolutely love that he blushes and has no idea how appealing he is. He was shy and awkward growing up and never planned on taking over his family farm, but he's rocking it! He is seriously so sweet and a total alpha in the bedroom. Noah is also the guardian to his niece, Gennie. She is a firecracker! This poor little girl has been through more than most adults in her short life. Her character seriously adds so much to this story.

Shay has been going through the motions and trying to be perfect for so long. After being left at the alter, she moves back to Friendship, Rhode Island where she inherited her step grandma's farm. Shay needs to figure out who she is and what she wants while living there. She's sweet and lost and searching for her true self.

These two are perfectly imperfect. Noah has loved Shay for so long and watching him fall for the woman she is now was everything! What starts out as a fake relationship turns into a beautiful relationship. He shows Shay what it's like to loved and adored. Shay shows him what it's like to be taken care of. She grows so much. Gennie and Noah grow and go through many challenges. The three of them make an amazing family. I absolutely love this slow burn, marriage of convenience, small town romance!

I received an ARC for an honest review.
