I can’t believe I haven’t read it sooner. Shay and Noah have my heart forever!

the kid is so funny
the love story is cute

A hallmark-adjacent book but I actually had fun. It’s completely different from the genres I usually read, so I’m surprised I had as much fun as I did. 4/5

4 Dogs Named Bernie Sanders Stars ⭐️

Noah and Shay were cute. The whole “wife”
/“husband” thing was a lot, and once Shay started doing it, it really was a lot. There was also a lot of sex. So much.

Gennie stole the show. She was the cutest little kiddo and I loved her pirate obsession, very real kid like.

The epilogue didn’t do it for me. I wish it wasn’t included tbh. The ring she got… ew.

Tropes: marriage of convenience, second chance, he falls first, small town
