Wow. No words. Compelling reading, very well-written. It made me think how possible is a nuclear war, when nobody wanted and knowing the fatal consequences of it. Highly recommended to reflect and think on the point of warfares. Are they avoidable?

Wow, 802 pages of adventure, suspense and intrigue. I loved this story. The characters were authentic and believable, the story lines were engaging and plausible, the writing was excellent. It took me 10 days to read the book, it was worth the investment. I learned something, I experienced something and I was very invested in the story and the outcome. I am getting back on the Ken Follett track and very much looking forward to seeing what I have missed. Well done!

Interesting thought experience drawn out in to a long novel. This was written before Trump 1.0 let alone 2.0, so the conclusions may be different now. But it's certainly worth a read.
