I have struggled to connect with poetry for basically my whole life. I did not struggle to connect with this. Yes, I'm sure when I read these poems again--which I will-- that I will see so much that I missed. But even on this first pass, I laughed out loud, I gasped, I cried, I immediately wanted to share it with my friends. This was heartbreaking and heart opening. And this poetry wasn't even FOR me. I imagine that it's intended audience is even more deeply moved, which is an impressive feat indeed.

Wow what A beautiful live letter. Iā€™m so glad I had the opportunity to read this poetry collection. Tears were shed.

Very strong work. I removed a star because some poems felt repetitive, but the message and meaning itself is beyond rating.
