Okay, I am officially an Emma Scott fan girl! Her writing is immersive and flows so beautifully. This story was everything I needed. The way the reader gets to see the world through Noah’s sense of touch, smell, hearing, etc. was so well done. I absolutely loved this book. Noah and Charlotte’s story is one I will recommend forever!

I can't believe it took me until this kind of re-release of RUSH in a Deluxe Edition to read this soul touching story. I've read many of Emma Scott's books and with every single one, she magically touches my soul with her words. Playing my emotions like Charlotte plays her violin. With her captivating writing style I could hear the wonders Charlotte creates while playing the violin. And Emma Scott made me feel with Noah's soul, living his rocky journey back to life through it.

And now I'm sitting here with tears running down my cheeks not knowing what to do with how this book made me feel.

There are so many things of this story about experience loss and fighting your way back to life, that stood out to me. But putting them in this review will spoil your experience reading this book.
However, there is one thing that I knew I had to quote here, as it exactly describes my feelings. It's in the second epilogue, when Noah describes how it feels to open a brand-new book, when you only read the first few pages already knowing this will be one of the best. Saying it with Noah's words: "One of the rare finds that stays with you forever". That's what RUSH is. Simple as that.

Don't waste away time like I did. Go, Run, RUSH to get your hands on this book that will take you on a ride that will stay with you forever.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 read for me, Lake and Charlotte’s story spoke to my soul. A very inspiring story of complete hopelessness to facing extreme adversity and raising up to be the best version of one’s self. An amazing read which will bring the reader on an amazing and at times very difficult story, worth every tear shed.

This book just filled my heart with so much love , hope , and courage . One of the memorable reads that I had this month . Where do I start ? Charlotte and Noah mourned for the loss of the significant parts of their lives . I really loved how the author navigated their situation and how both characters were able to come up with each other . The experience of Noah's new life , it provides us a raw experience on how life changes the least we expect it . His world might be blanketed with shadows but Charlotte was the one who brought thousands of colors by the love he embraced Noah with . The conflicts that they experienced made me sad because even irl there are bad people who would harm others for the sake of their personal interest . Their journey to Europe made me cry non-stop . And I am so happy that they got the happy endings they deserve .

Key takeaways :

• Appreciate every single day you've experienced life.
• In this world , you have people who deeply cares and love for you and don't you ever doubt a single thing about it .
• Feel. Just feel everything . Soak from those experiences . Absorb the lessons .
