Funny, but usually not laugh-out-loud funny. Not surprisingly, it reads like a series of blog posts interspersed with collections of tweets. Best read in small bits in several settings, like you're reading the internet.

The TV show was *awful*, but this book is very, very good. Surprisingly heartwarming, this is a book written about a father who loves his son, and does his very best to impart wisdom and life lessons to him — as recalled and told by the son. Yes, there is a lot of bad language (that's how his dad talks), but if you can get past that, it's a really excellent read.

The twitter feed was funny but seemed a little mean spirited. After my wife bought me this book for Father's Day, I realize there is a lot more to the relationship.
It is a very quick read, and I recommend it. The title should give away that the language is a bit salty.

Interesting, you get what you asked for: experiences the author had with his dad. Some very funny quotes, and a nice story to end the book with. I kind of expected a little bit more out of it, but it did what it promised.

A truly hiliarious and lighthearted read. I can't decide whether I'm disappointed or grateful I didn't have a father like this.
