challenging informative slow-paced

This book forced me to take a long look at myself and my phone use which I naively thought I had under control. It’s so simple and yet so subversive to realise that we need to be responsible and critical of the tool (and trap) we have in our pockets. Would’ve love more practical tips and tricks but otherwise this book made me think - and delete my social media accounts, turn my phone to greyscale and bully my husband into reading it

I guess this isn't a book for me. it was interesting at first but begun to really bore me. I wanted to read about present life and digital minimalism in it, not about what life was like for some men years ago. I get what he was going for, but those parts were long and uninteresting to me.

I think everyone should read and/or consider their relationship with the digital world and how not to get hijacked by it (bc most of us currently are!)
