I really enjoyed The Strange Library, it’s immediately captivating and although the ending is bittersweet, it leaves you thinking is it better to be alone or face doom with company??

This is an illustrated book - I'm glad I got the hard copy from the library or I would have missed the cool cover and art, which was a highlight. The story is a good teaser of what Murakami books are like. It's dark, twisted, and you aren't sure what to expect. Even when it's over you are unsure about the meaning and why it happened. I really liked it!
