2nd book in the series - These Blackwells might be the death of me. This book doesn’t disappoint at all. You’ve got a beautiful Irish dancer Skyla who’s found her home in Bitterroot Valley before she meets a very determined and handsome Beckett. She lived in New York before moving but a stalker and an injury, helped her make a life changing decision by moving and opening a dance studio. She has fell in love with the town and the people who live there. Beckett focused on his ranch and his new endeavor of renting out cabins on his land. Things that might make you swoon in this book - he reads books to Skyla, takes very good care of her and her needs, she loves the chickens and the farm. Also I love the fact that Kristen name drops three different books by three different authors. She’s promoting others and that’s love ❤️. Then you get to the epilogue and now you just want the next book. Can’t wait.
🎧 - I listen to most of the book on Audio and Conner Crias and Stephanie Nemeth-Parker did an outstanding job. The accents were amazing and they bought the book to life. If you can listen to the books.

"This man kisses me like he was born for it, and it's everything I never knew I needed."
I'm definitely feeling the small towns lately and I want to live in Montana with the Blackwells! I could not put this book down! Beckett & Skyla were so adorable. His over protective yet respectful nature were just what Skyla needed. Even with all the larger than life personalities surrounding her Skyla still kept her voice. I just loved them and their families. Looking forward to more!

Kristen Proby once again gives us a book you don’t want to put down with a fiercely protective and swoon worthy hero, sweet Irish heroine, the best protective dog with a dash of suspense that is always lurking. I could not get enough of Skyla and Beckett.
This quickly became my favorite Kristen Proby book. These two just fit together perfectly and I just loved the way they supported each other like it was second nature. They just did simple things like Beckett making sure Riley was as comfortable as Skyla or Skyla gathering eggs and making Beckett breakfast when the farm is busy.
Beckett Blackwell is one of the most supportive and swoony book boyfriends ever. This man’s love language is acts of kindness and he will make you melt with everything he does for Skyla including reading to her. Skyla is just the sweetest soul and it really comes out in the book with all her interactions and returning Beckett’s acts of kindness with her own. And I just absolutely love how she can stand up for herself but still lets Beckett take care of her.
Audiobook Review -
Conner Crais and Stephanie Németh-Parker were phenomenal in this dual narration audiobook. The accents are just absolutely outstanding throughout the entire audiobook. The way Stephanie Németh-Parker’s was able to speak in an Irish accent the entire time in Skyla’s POV in her chapters while conveying all the emotions she went through just blew me away. And Conner Crais as usual was such a delight to listen to and I had no idea he could speak in an Irish accent so well. His tone of voice really fully embodied how I imagined Beckett would sound as a strong and steady character. Both narrators flow so seamlessly between the different characters in conversations and really make me forget I’m listening to an audiobook with dual narration.

I LOVE this author! Her books make me smile, and always has my heart beating fast. The falling in love the drama that comes after. I loved Beck & Skyla. They had nothing in common, but wow the sparks between them were hot! They were so different, but she was his missing piece. I LOVED IT!
