I liked the chapters of the side characters more than Cleo's and Frank's. They just seemed so dysfunctional from the get go that I couldn't really invest myself in their relationship at all. It's beautifully written and an emotional experience, but I don't think it's for me.

Exquisitely written, snapshots into the lives of a number of flawed characters - writing restricted like the characters are within their flaws and desires. A testament to the purpose of life, social perception and the want to love and be loved in return.
