Really, really great. They had all sorts of concept art and early graphics, and narration about the process. You want an inside look at how they made this new classic? You got it. You want beautiful art by Disney artists? You got it. It's all in here - with tons of awesome quotes from Disney employees. Discover Frozen's backstory and look at this movie in a new light!

After seeing the movie Frozen, I rushed home to see if I could find any additional information of this beautiful movie. I ordered 'The Art of Frozen' hoping for a couple more concept art sketches to satify my interest in the art and background to the movie.
What I got was so much more.
What arrived was a 100 and something paged book full of beautiful concepts arts and photos for places of inspiration, along with lots of writing from the director and designers of this movie. There were pages and pages of writing about how they orginailly began this movie, the importance of Norway as their backdrop and I was able to get a really good idea of the level of detail that goes into creating a Disney Princess movie.
I highly recommend this book. It's stunning to look at and you really do get your movie's worth.

Some beautiful artwork to be seen here, though I should very much liked to have seen a) more character sketches and b) more hand-drawn art and less digital.
One thing I found very interesting was that Elsa's original design had a similar face, but short black spiky hair. Quite a contrast to what she ended up looking like....

I just loved diving into the world of Frozen, it's amazing to see how a story comes to be. This book is amazing!

If you are a Frozen fan this is the best Frozen art book yet. Loved every page so much.

I love this book! I adore the beginning illustrations and find it so interesting to read about what goes into making a movie like this. I just wish it was longer!
