I liked this, even with the change of illustrators. The drama didn't seem as intense in this one as it did in some of the others. Still a cute story.

Moderate: Injury/Injury detail
I continue to enjoy these adaptations and will definitely seek out - whether in the book room at school or a book store of some sort - the other adaptations thus far int he series. See my reviews for books 1 + 3 for more thoughts on the series.

New BSC member Dawn is having a hard time fitting in with the long time friend group *a call back to Stacey joining*
Taking on 3 siblings to babysit, Dawn realizes the mother is being extremely neglectful during her divorce with their father and gets caught in between everything
BSC has always tackled tough stuff on growing up, this is a darker one
While I don't agree with the decisions Dawn made the outcome was good and still holds up after all these years

While I don't agree with the decisions Dawn made the outcome was good and still holds up after all these years
Reasons Dawn pissed me off:
1) She forces Mallory to explain an injury tht happened on her watch that wsnt her fault and cldnt b prevented* forcing the BSC to requestion Mallory
2) when Dawn realized the kids were in a bad situation, it was her responsibility to tell ppl (the BSC, her parents, a teacher, the police!) It wld have prevented the father taking off with a kid and talking with the mother sooner then after weeks of babysitting
