Imagine waking up and it's 3 years later. You are married to a very attractive man. You're thinner, have whiter teeth, and you're the boss at the company you thought you simply worked at. Remember Me? by Sophie Kinsella was such a cute story! I loved the quirky characters and I love the "mystery" Lexi experienced when trying to put her life back together. I loved it! 5 stars!

Another charming Kinsella story. I really enjoy listening to her books. A crazy amnesia love story.

3.5 stars.

Kinsella has such a fabulous style. Her female leads are quite similar, but they all mirror the writing voice that is uniquely Kinsella. I loved this novel’s plot—it all came together seamlessly throughout, with an especially unique plot line. One of my favorites by Kinsella.

After my recent string of thrillers, this was a refreshing change of pace. It is such a quirky, unique and relatable story that had me laughing at times. This book had me hooked from the start, I could not put it down! I felt for Lexi because she couldn't remember anything, especially at work. So many people try to take advantage in the worst of times. I am glad that her 3 best friends finally came around, that is exactly what she needed to get back on track. The ending was not my favorite, I really wish she would have gotten her memory back. I want to know what happened in those missing years too! It would have helped answer questions posed from the book. I will definitely be looking out for other books from this author!

This is all so grown up. I bet we have a mortgage. And a burglar alarm.

Funny, lighthearted story about a woman who loses 3 years of her memory and comes to find out she doesn't like the woman she has become. It's a humorous why to talk about the choices we make in life and why. Just a plain fun read

When twenty-eight-year-old Lexi Smart wakes up in a London hospital, she’s in for a big surprise. Her teeth are perfect. Her body is toned. Her handbag is Vuitton. Having survived a car accident — in a Mercedes no less — Lexi has lost a big chunk of her memory, three years to be exact, and she’s about to find out just how much things have changed.

Remember Me? wasn't as fun as Can You Keep A Secret? but I still enjoyed it nonetheless. Sophie Kinsella writes female protagonists that we all can't help but adore, and even if we can't relate to them, we certainly root for them to prevail at the end of it all.

Lexi is an endearing character. When the novel starts, she's a 25-year-old working girl who is having the worst night of her life. Enter a car accident and she wakes up a 28-year-old corporate big-shot. Somehow, she has lost 3 years worth of memories and I did feel bad for her at times because people were taking advantage of her amnesia to get her to do things for them. There is of course, an antagonist in this novel as well, and I must say, I really can't tolerate him, that pompous, selfish prat.

The "bombshell" of the story wasn't that much of a surprise for me because I predicted it from the summary. It did add an interesting dynamic to the story though. Although, different from Can You Keep A Secret?, Remember Me? doesn't have TOO much of a romance. It's there, but much more subtle.

Overall, Remember Me? was a great chick-lit read that I recommend for a lazy afternoon. :)

Another confirmation that chick-lit is just not really my thing. The book was cute enough and completely light fast reading, but I found it rather predictable and trite. None of the characters were all that compelling or interesting and the story just seemed sort of silly. That said, it served as a nice diversion for the few hours it took me to read.

Cute. Not super uplifting though.
