READ AGAIN.
I’m so happy I read this book, shout out Lupita, I loved every part of it! I’m not a big believer of god and heaven but i do believe this book had lots and lots of life lessons that we can all learn from regardless of beliefs.
If you’re like me and the whole god thing doesn’t really grab your attention don’t worry this book is more than that. I honestly don’t really remember many references to god but it gave me a new way of viewing certain aspects of life. I can’t wait to reread in the future to see what I get from it in a different part of my life.
It starts with Eddie dying and as he’s ascending ,let’s call it, he meets 5 people each to teach him something he failed to learn of earth. They made him see how what he thought were mundane moments in his life were actually these amazing life changing moments for him or others.
This book is for the people who feel like their being here on earth is a waste of space or irrelevant. It shows you how the littlest of things like the flap of a butterfly’s wing can actually start a whole chain of events that then create this whole other reality for yourself or others. Even when it’s not particularly a “good” thing it’s still a big thing. It shows how we are all connected even when we don’t realize it.
For the audiobook lovers this is a must! The audiobook includes music that helps create the tone of what is happening and i absolutely loved that part of it!
