I had high hopes for this graphic novel but it didn't live up to the hype for me. It wasn't as funny as I was hoping and what I did find funny was juvenile. I don't understand why they're bones either. Does that have anything to do with the story? Fone Bones crush on Thorn was kind of cute. I will not continue this series.

I couldn't wait to read Catching Fire once I had finished The Hunger Games. The sequel is every bit as great as the first book and leaves you dying to know what is coming next. Throughout the book I liked Katniss more and more at every turn and ached for the life changing decisions she had to make.

Not my typical choice, but I did enjoy reading it. The cliffhanger at the end definitely made me want to read more. BUT! The rich cousin is so annoying…

I liked this a lot! I'd never read a graphic novel before, but this was a great one to start out with. I can't wait to find and read the rest of them!
