4.09 AVERAGE

informative slow-paced

There were some parts where it was interesting, but some of the chapters I had to skip, not only because I already knew some things, that the author was explaining for people who don't know, but also because it wasn't captivating.

I like reading these type of books because I always learn something new, but it is always so slow paced and I don't learn everything that the author wanted to say😭

My attention span is very short, I need interesting and fast 🙌 that is why it's rated so low :/

The things that I retained were interesting though

Everyone even slightly interested in evolution should read this. If you thought you know evolution, ha-ha, you don't.
Dawkins goes very deep into the causal net that surrounds every aspect of life on earth. It raises questions (and often answers them) about how we, how animals, how cells, and ultimately, how genes behave and why; and this, on a multi-generational timescale.
I can't recommend this enough. It opens a new window through which you can observe life, including human behavior.
informative

I got bored and lost interest at 34%. Moving on...

Después de leer este libro, solo puedo pensar en todo de modo evolutivo. Se lee fácil y se aprende mucho.
