Almost four stars - (docked one star for the alternating character narrators...). A police procedural and cold case mystery. Her books are a bit hit or miss for me, but I would recommend this one.

It felt like this was a second book in a series like the author expected you to know the main character. The story kept my interest and I didn’t hate the ending, so good, just not great.
