Cuando quise leer este libro no me acordaba quien era Brian... y pues solo ¡me gusto mucho más!

Es un libro triste, muy triste.

Pero aún así tiene un lindo final, me gusto bastante.

I was bad! I stayed up all night reading this book. I knew I would. It's been a long time since a story grabbed and kept my attention like this one. Ever since I saw the description in an email of suggested books from Amazon, I knew it would be an addictive read. It's fast paced, the banter is awesome, and as someone else said... All the FEELS!!!

VERY loosely based on Cinderella, the plot was fresh. Entertainment blogger with daddy issues has horrible accident resulting in 70% burns all over body, multiple surgeries, close to a year in the hospital, and crushed self esteem. Up and coming heart throb actor that's secretly a fantasy nerd spiraling into egotism from all the "yes" men around him. Family drama? Got that on both sides too. I loved and could completely relate to them needing something from "before", something untainted by the current circumstances. Even if they were hiding behind a computer screen. Sometimes the written word is the only place people can truly be themselves.

I fell in love with Cinder/Brian. What fantasy book loving girl wouldn't?! For girls like us, the way to our hearts is through our brains. Being cute on top of it? Major score! Ella, even though she was going through some serious stuff, was pretty kick ass too. Kids are mean! At least I could mostly hide my scars. My heart went out to her on multiple occasions. So of course I have a soft spot for damaged girls who still land smart, funny, sweet, sexy guys. Sort of the story of my life. Haha! ;)
