i like it. i thought that out of your head and head in the game was sooooo cute. it was adorable. i’m kinda mad at ivy for leaving and that kinda soured the book for me sometimes. anyways love that she and aiden are happy now. love that she and porter rekindled their sibling relationship. all done.

This is my first book by B. Celeste. I enjoyed it. It is a slow burn, little steam type book in my opinion but still good. I would read more of her books.

Aiden would probably make the cutest book boyfriend list if I had one. Seriously, except for one decision that was made from the goodness of his heart he was great.
I would have liked a deeper exploration of Ivy's history and trauma. I don't mean on page scenes but reading more about her experiences in the context of a healing process. We get short mentions about what she endured but that's kind of it. While I kind of understand how her reactions are based on these experiences, it was too vague. I could have read another 100 pages just about Ivy and her finding her peace.
Dare You To Hate Me is a good balance of heavy topics and heartwarming romance.
