Omg this book was so cute and I absolutely loved it! This was my first B.Celeste book and it did not disappoint! Aiden and Ivy are so cute together! I adored all the things Aiden notices about Ivy. He is so supportive and protective, I couldn’t stop swooning! I loved Ivy as a female main character. She was so strong, protective of herself and never afraid to back down to a challenge. This book is a sweet childhood best friends to strangers to lovers, football, college romance with a bit of a vanilla dark past. If trigger warnings are needed definitely check prior to reading. I will definitely be reading more by this author.

This was a nice quick read. My first B Celeste and I'll definitely give her other books a try.

He plays football but I would not consider this a sports romance. Childhood best friends (didn’t give us much of the before or a vision of how close they were) find each other at college. She ran away from home… way heavier than I thought it would be, made me skip the spice because I felt like it shouldn’t be in the places it was. I liked them when they finally settled but the ending was so rushed, we didn’t get to experience them as a couple.

Really nothing special about this book, it was mid. It didn’t wow me much at all. I do think the main characters were fine but the story just could have been well put together. I did also just read the boys if Tommen series which is overly detailed so I can see that tainting me view, but let’s me honest this could have just been a bit more interesting or coordinated and it wasn’t.

This book had me crying and laughing and just wow, it was an amazing read. Beautiful story with some heavy triggers. I would read the trigger warning before starting the book just incase. Regardless it was a beautiful story.

I read this just for enjoyment purposes and it was alright, I thought it was pretty good. I’m not the biggest fan of sports romances because I don’t understand sports and majority of the talk in the book is all about sports so that I didn’t enjoy the most but overall it wasn’t bad

4⭐️ a really solid romance book with the some heavy topics. Thought the characters were really well developed and I liked the direction the story went into. Didn’t care too much for the side characters though.

I always forget how much I like reading friends to lovers stories.
