3.5 stars. This was on its way to being my favorite McManus, but I needed more resolution to the murder mystery.

This book was okay and I did love the plot except that it's a bit similar to [b:A Good Girl's Guide to Murder|40916679|A Good Girl's Guide to Murder (A Good Girl's Guide to Murder, #1)|Holly Jackson|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1545494980l/40916679._SY75_.jpg|63791847]. Also there wasn't enough investigating to call it a mystery book until the second half of the book but it was still an enjoyable read. I liked the occasional references to the other books she wrote such as Brynn hearing about Ellery's story. It was written well but the ending wasn't as satisfying as I thought it would be. And Karen M. McManus seemed to be reusing Nate's tragic backstory for Tripp like they both have neglecting mothers and distant fathers. Overall 2.5 stars rounded up. A bit disappointing.

After being semi disappointed by [b:Such Charming Liars|201055456|Such Charming Liars|Karen M. McManus|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1700429013l/201055456._SY75_.jpg|205946084], I was a little nervous to start Nothing More to Tell. But after reading the whole thing in about a week, this is either my new fav or 2nd fav Karen M. McManus novel. All of the characters were all fleshed out. and I was invested in both perspectives we got to hear from. It's a book that always had me guessing and rereading. I was happy when I predicted certain things, and shocked by the surprise twists. Highly recommend this one.
