Overall a good read. I listened to the audio book. It was an overall positive book. I think at times the chapters felt repetitive, but I think that was the author's trying to keep each chapter self-contained and I can respect that.

I love military examples and the idea of extreme ownership!

More of a 4.5 stars. Great stories of the Navy seals leadership and how they are brought to the corporate world.

Any former Navy Seals hiring.

I initially approached 'Extreme Ownership' with reservations. The military setting often portrays a stark moral landscape, where mistakes can have dire consequences. While I have immense respect for those who serve, I feared the book might be overly simplistic. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I found myself referencing its principles in my work. Their emphasis on taking ownership and empowering teams resonated deeply, especially given my professional role. While some parts felt less relevant and promotional, the book's core message about learning from mistakes and navigating ambiguity resonated. This is exactly why I push myself to explore outside my comfort zone when it comes to books, you never know what you will learn along the way!

I’m going to be buying a hard copy. Fantastic book!
