This is awesome! Jacko Willink and Leif Babin provide proven techniques with real-life experience in the most extreme situations. This is a must for anyone who wants to understand the Lean Agile mindset. The terms Jacko and Leif use may be different than what you see in Lean and Agile, but the concepts are exactly the same. Regardless of what you call it, Extreme Ownership embodies the Agile Manifesto and the pillars and values of Lean.

Heard on audiobook by the authors. An excellent leadership book with practical applications to work and life. I didn’t always connect with the stories from the marine experience in Iraq, but when they described the principles they were making, it was worthwhile.
