Soooo a good friend recommended this book to me and I hate to say I did not enjoy it as much as they did!! I enjoyed reading the book especially the last 120-100 pages I was very hooked!! However it took like 200 pages to get to a point where i didnt want to put it down. I also think that the plot twists of this book were well done and ones that I wouldn’t have predicted which was
Weirdly, overly dramatic ending. They really pulled out this whole other story right at the end. First he almost dies. Then he falls in love. Then he wakes up realizing he had been in a coma from when he almost died. The girl he loved doesn’t exist. She doesn’t exist. Really she doesn’t. Oh wait yes she does. But she doesn’t remember him. She does remember him? [She won’t talk to him. Will they ever be happily ever after? No, she’s too broken. Really she IS too broken. Wait, no she can love because he gives her a dog. {Yay they are in love. Everything is working out! Everyone is happy and in love! No wait. She gets hit by a car. He gets sedated. He wakes up. Oh no, she’s alive, BUT NOT FOR LONG. He comes to the rescue. Does this weird psychic dreaming sync up. She is too broken. She must die to be with what broke her. She is too broken. He wakes up from weird psychic dreaming sync up. She’s not coming back. She wants to die. All hope is lost. She is gone. Flatline. But doctor sees hand twitch at last second!! Alas, happy ending. Everyone is in love}]
A lot really. Very whiplash-esk. Mind you the material from [] happened in the last 54 pages and everything {} happened in the last 21 pages. It was cute. But not great pacing??

First, how lovely is this cover art?
I was very excited to read this novel after loving Five Feet Apart. Overall, All This Time follows the same formula with tragedy, romance, and young adult self-discovery. I was a little sad that this novel didn't vary from the typical YA formula, but nonetheless I really enjoyed the story. I can see this being a big hit for teenage readers. Overall, it was a quick, easy, enjoyable read but a little predictable.
I will definitely add this title to my classroom library as I an see many of my students enjoying it.

Piękna, choć rozdzierająca serce historia. Czytając nie mogłam zrozumieć co tam się właściwie dzieje?! Jak to? Dlaczego akurat tak? Serce pękało i cieszyło się na zmianę.
Pamiętajcie "zawsze naprzód. Nigdy w tył"
Ale zdecydowanie było warto to przeżyć.
