4.8 stars.
So good. So much new things happened.
A few wins. A few losses.
A few steamy good times.
I literally can not wait to find out what their HEA looks like.

Awesome!

Another great book in this series. I am loving the journey that Gonna is on, she was pretty bad-a$$ before but as she collects mates and finds trouble, she just gets more powerful and tough.

The Marked and the Broken is the third book in The lost sentinel series and I have mixed feelings about it. The first book in this series took me by surprise and I thought I had found my new favorite paranormal series, but after reading the second and the third I feel like my interest in it just got lost somewhere.

I really like the plot of this series, but I feel it could have been executed better. While I adore the characters, for some reason I just found most of them annoying in this one. Also what happened to the side characters and the families of the MMCs?

I feel like I had high expectations for this series because of how much I liked the first book and that came to bite me in the ass at the end.

I truly LOVE this series! Vinna is everything I expected her to become. She is strong, loyal and such a bass ass! Now, surrounded by her chosen (and a few spares she can’t explain) she is heading into the belly of the beast to confront Adriel, along with the people she is just beginning to know. There are a lot of answers to quite a few questions, There is continued relationship growth, a few surprises and action enough to satisfy almost every one of her runes.

I loved the humor, the romance, the fighting, the sex scenes and the hearts of each of Vinna's chosen. The cliffhanger at the end left me reeling - now I can't wait to read book 4 to see where it leads!

5 stars for The Marked and The Broken by Ivy Asher. This is book 3 in The Lost Sentinel Series. Holy crap this book was epic. I swear to you these books just keep getting better and better. I want to be friends with Vinna. She is witty, strong, resilient, and so much more. Vinna, her Chosen, and a few others are about to go into one heck of a battle. A beast who has targeted her and others like her for a long time. Everyone really comes together in this book. However, I will warn you except to shed some tears, just a warning. We do get some answers in this book to questions we have been asking, like what happened to Vaughn. We learn more about Vinna and what her being a sentinel really means. There is a little bit of a cliffhanger at the end but nothing to bad. Fear not though book 4 is out so you don’t have to wait to find out what happens. Starting book 4 bow. I just must know how everything ends for this group.

This book wasn't my favorite in the series the first time I read it as the bickering was obnoxious. Now don't get me wrong I have no doubt that it would likely play out just like that, which is why it would annoy me. Lol. But on my second read thru I found so much more depth to each character and relationship forged between the men and each other as well as with our kick ass flawed heroine.

I really enjoyed books 1 through 3. This one was too much. The author is kinda just flinging more guys at the FMC. The plot took a back seat to all the men. The villain died in this book so what's the point of the next? I won't be finishing this series.
