Seven mates? I just can't get over the fact that this one girl has to keep 7 men happy. I couldn't handle it. That's way too much testosterone for me.

The author does an incredible job at keeping the story moving and entertaining. I still feel like it's lacking in character development. There are too many men to keep their personalities straight. And honestly with so many men they don't get a ton of screen time individually. I know bare basics about each and that makes me sad.

My favorite mate is Torrez. But I think that's because he stands out the most as a shifter. He's hysterical and I love how he can smell when Vinna is aroused.

Sealing the deal with new vampire mate, Siah felt a little awkward honestly. They barely met. Had no time to be romantic. Then decided to fuck and seal themselves to each other for the rest of their lives. That's wild. That's a big commitment after knowing someone for a couple weeks.

I'm excited to see the Sentinel city. I hope we finally get some answers. I felt like the main big bad guy met his match a little too easily. But ah well.
