DNF. A little too boring and highbrow. I wish that the author tried to be more funny instead of trying to show how well read and brilliant he thinks he is.
I don't usually read comics or graphic novels, but I could not resist the title of this one. The first part of the book was very humorous and I could relate to most of the comics. The ending was about writing a book and that part was not as appealing to me. Not all book lovers are dying to write the Great American Novel. This book would be best read in short doses, a few pages a day. I did find myself laughing out loud at some of the comics. Perfect gift idea for the bookworm or writer in your life.
This was such a pleasure to thumb through. I recommend this to anyone who has, does, or wants to love reading. ~*~*IMAGINATION*~*~
