Pretty cute, but a lot of it was about writing when I assumed it would be more about reading.

Yes, I will.

This is a super fun, super cute book about the love of being a reader. Grant Snider does a really wonderful job at putting that love into words and pictures. I was especially fond of his works that depicted places like the Book Fair with all their little rides and stands that relate back to reading concepts. The artwork was simple but fun to take in and made me smile a handful.of times as I was going through. If you're someone who really loves books and the act of reading I think this is something you'll enjoy. It is definitely a good pick-me-up read that brings some warm, fuzzy feelings for the world of reading and writing.

bye i cried multiple times this book was perfect and helped me get out of my reading slump

4,7/5 star
I didn't expect anything at all when I first found out and decided to read this book, except the title which is a temption with me and my curious. I have to admit that I did fell in love a little bit and also found myself a lot in this. It's like the author can read my mind and then drew all that ideas in these pictures. On the other hand, I kinda like this style of painting which reminds me a lot about Jean-Jacques Sempé - the one who co-operated with Réné Goscinny to creat Le petit Nicolas.
After all this one is a funny book with amazing painting in order to talk about the amazing life of reader - or may I say lots of readers. I believe that you could totally find in this book by this or that - a piece of your image in this. I had a whole enjoyement journey while reading this book, so I hope that everyone will feel the same.

Cute cartoons about loving books, poetry and trying to write.
