mes y medio después de leerlo:
un toque de Ciencia Ficción... Amor/odio... Sarcasmo... Suspenso... una protagonista... un poco loca :)
esas cinco cosas describen MI tipo de perfección, y en mi opinión, la trilogía de Mara Dyer las tiene todas.
Amo esta trilogía con todo lo que puedo, claro que es la segunda que amo, porque Rubí siempre va a ocupar un lugar especial en mi corazón por el solo hecho de que fue una de las primeras trilogía leídas en mi vida y me enamoré... el caso es Mara Dyer.
Vi los booktrailers y quede enamorada y luego los leí.

(si hiciera un top cinco de mis libros/trilogías/sagas favoritos, no duraría en poner ahí a la trilogía de Mara Dyer, en el puesto número dos, después de Rubí, y antes de Forbidden, TBWS y TFIOS)
Me gustó la idea inicial. Una chica con problemas en el pasado... ME IDENTIFICO CON MARA. adolescente incomprendida. problemas psicológicos... claro que yo no tengo sus mismos problemas, pero a veces veo cosas que no están ahí. Si Mara existiera de verdad, seríamos mejores amigas y compartiríamos nuestras preocupaciones como lo hacen las mejores amigas que estan... no un poco... SINO QUE MUY LOCAS.
ame a Noah, fin de la discusión. No se de dónde lo conocía desde muuuucho antes de saber incluso de la existencia de The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer... pero en facebook nunca han dicho mucho sobre esta trilogía y en twitter no mucho...

I finished the entire trilogy before writing this.
This first book was very excited. I was annoyed when the book started to end & I could feel a cliffhanger coming. A strong start to the trilogy.

es ist nicht gut geschrieben und hat nicht so viel Tiefe wie andere Bücher aber es ist genau das was ich gerade lesen möchte. es ist alles so cliche
I actually enjoyed this book a lot more than I expected. I think I would have rated it higher if it had not been for a few things:
1. The middle chunk of the book felt too much like a romance novel and I honestly just didn’t care for the romance whatsoever
2. I didn’t like Noah. Sorry.
3. Noah says ‘You’re not like other girls’ PUH-LEASE
4. The ending was supposed to have this big reveal but I saw it coming from miles away. it wasn’t that impressive and it didn’t blow me away
5. Jamie was an awesome character and he was just tossed aside so carelessly.
6. Mara seems so bland why is everyone obsessed with her?
7. There were some subplots that felt incredibly rushed and convenient to the story. No explanation, not much build up - Just Noah turning up like ‘oh btw here’s another thing that’s going wrong right at the perfect moment’
8. I’m not sure about the representation of Mara’s Psychosis. Is this good rep of mental illnesses? Bad rep? Does it come across as though it’s trying to be representation of MI but ultimately fails? I need to talk this through with other people who are more educated on the front, for me I’m just not sure.

Este libro es increíble. ¡Increíble! Pensas que no va a pasar nada y de un momento al otro ¡BAM! pasan cosas.
Tengo que admitir que yo empecé a leer este libro pensando que iba a ser algo MUY paranormal, con otras expectativas de lo que iba a ser; pero a pesar de eso, me gustó muchísimo.
Pasan tantas cosas que no podes soltar el libro ni por un segundo, no podes ni pestañear que ya va a pasar algo nuevo y emocionante. Y ESE FINAL, POR FAVOR.
Súper recomendado, especialmente a los que les gusta el tipo de libros en los que se mezclan el amor con cosas absolutamente dementes.
