Ahh I Love MM romance and this one was exceptionally good!
When Mark agrees to help his sister with getting her last minute wedding organised, but what he didn't expect was having help from the Grooms best man, supper hot photographer and ex-footy player, Asher. Mark and Asher are total opposites but all the friction between creates a spark neither of them can deny.
This is my favourite read of 2022 so far, it was so funny, but also hits you in all the feels at the same time. I enjoyed both characters, but Asher was probably my favourite, just because he has this carefree attitude and he's pretty hilarious too. Mark is a little bit more serious, he has a bit more weight on his shoulders being a dad and recently divorced. The chemistry between the two was a palpable, you could really feel the attraction jumping off the page. I thought the pacing of their relationship was very well done. I do love a little bit of a slow burn!
Overall this was a highly entertaining read. I'll pretty much read anything Sarina writes at this point. I would definitely recommend this, if you enjoyed Him then you'll love The Best Men.

This was really sweet and romantic, and the steam was good, but after Mark and Asher started hooking up, it became difficult to tell who was who in their POV chapters. Their voices sounded too similar.
I don't really know what to say, I enjoyed this a lot and I'm really sad my chaotic multiple lives existence didn't let me read this in one sitting. I was a little underwhelmed with how that last part was done but overall it was very straight to it hahahahahah anyway, as always, pinning and tension is DEAD!
Couple of Spoilers:
I loved this storyline so much! The first chapter had me laughing out loud and got me immediately hooked. I listened to this one on audible bc I can’t resist listening to Jacob Morgan if that’s an option-I just love him so much, and Teddy Hamilton is a close runner up!
When Mark, the brides brother, gets “intexticated” and sends drunken texts to the grooms best friend, Asher, (and the bride and groom) it leads to a hilarious apology and gets the attention of Asher.
Mark and Asher are asked to be best men for the bride and groom and are sent to Florida together to take much of the planning in advance of Hannah and Flips (bride and Groom) arrival.
The story just gets even better from there. Love

Light, fun, and just a “feel good” rom-com with some funny moments. This one doesn’t try to over handle a bi-awakening or exploration, and isn’t over done in regards to “perfect bod” man on man galore.
It’s just light, fun, racy, rom com featuring two dudes.

Came into this book after reading the novella and I have to say, I'm so glad I pushed through. The novella, by its shortness, shrunk the characters to clichés and I thought I might not get to like them.
The novel on the other hand, made me fall madly in love with both of them and their story just as they fell in love with each other. I adore Mark and his needy spreadsheets and the frustrations he carried with him and the refreshing nature of opening himself to Asher, by Asher's hand, for Asher and to discover what a service it does to himself but also his daughter and even Hannah. I love Asher and his misguided idea of himself, his need for praise and his easy love. They are so good for each other I had to stop every ten pages by the latter half of the book to compose myself.
Favorite moments: THE NIGHT CLUB ("he's surrounded by guys in leather and guys in dresses and he looks like he's right at home" paraphrasing but this made me so happy, both for Mark, because he deserves to enjoy this part of himself too, as himself, looking like the token straight in his khakis and polos, and for Asher too, because of how good Mark's confidence feels for him, too), the pool/pool-side moments, the beach (literally made me hksfhlsjfslfj), Valencia and Mark's relationship, their "nice" night, "Property of Mark Banks", the shopping errand and Mark's reassurances that Asher can dress him in whatever, DIETER!!
I enjoyed this book so so much.
