Tbh it would have been higher but closer then the send of the book it felt like the author needed to write more pages and didn't know what to write and there was a good 20 or so pages that were not needed

Where We Promise is the 3rd book to the Stone Riders MC series. I am obsessed with this series and the books keep getting better and better. I absolutely adored both Jameson and Penelope and was so excited for their book. The pining and angst was so freakin good! I loved the past and present, Ashley really is the Queen of writing past and present timelines!!! I can’t wait for Silas and Natty’s book.

DNF 80% — I truly could not care less about what happens to a single character in this book and I have been dragging my feet to finish it for a few weeks, so I am done. Why would I want to read about a girl who is so deperate for a man that has never stood up, that she ditches her entire life to enter back into a MC world she didn’t like? And why do I care to read about a man who has not a single brave or bold bone in his body and is willing to watch the lohl get mistreated when he knows all she wants is him??

Nahhhh

“Pen was stardust and fresh wildflowers; she was more than the club."

I am so grateful that I was chosen to receive an ARC of Ashley Muñoz's newest book, Where We Promise (the third book in the Stone Riders MC Series). It follows the story of Jameson and Penelope.

I loved being back in the Stone Riders MC world! This series is just like reading a season of Sons of Anarchy.

Jameson and Penelope's story is full of love, hurt, and pining. I enjoyed learning more about them and their history together.

I adored Penelope and felt for her in this book, especially after how her ex treated her. I cannot imagine what that must have been like for her, especially because she was pregnant with his baby.

My heart broke for Penelope while reading her story, but I am in complete awe of her strength, especially after everything she has endured.

I loved how Penelope, Natty, Laura and Callie formed a great friendship.

I had a love-hate relationship with Jameson, especially with how he treated Penelope in the past and present. I thought she deserved so much better. But he did start to grow on me in the end.

It felt like Jameson wasn't all in when it came to Chaos Kings MC, and I wish we got to see him step up and be in charge. Instead, the rival clubs knew more about what was happening with the Chaos Kings and its members than what their president did because he wasn't present enough.

I love the Stone Riders MC world and the characters that Ashley has created.
