Phenomenal! I just love the way Mitch albom tells a story, and the fact that he reads his own audiobooks, it really helps mail in the verbal inflection! 10/10 would recommend

I felt really emotional reading through this one, because the story hit close to home.

i think i expected this book to be much more moving than what it was. it wasn’t terrible but it also didn’t leave me with any real feelings about it one way or the other

Mitch Albom's books seem to have such a calming and soothing voice to them, yet they deal with some heavy topics. The way he writes is like talking to a child - he gets the message across in the gentlest way possible, and I love it. This plot in particular wasn't complex and could be carried over to the reader without a though. After debating whether I liked that or not, I decided it added to the book's charm. [2013 review]
