The most clear-cut explanation of how to be the best at sales: listen and provide the most value
informative medium-paced

The unselling reframing guide for pushy real-estate agents or those afraid of selling and appearing pushy or unethical. Wish NinjaSelling was practiced by those in car sales. Be like a gardening ninja monk rather than a jock samurai player.

Disappointed though that the author Larry Kendall holds fraudster Robert Kiyosaki in any regard.

I read this book at the start of my 5th year in real estate and it was great to re-motivate myself in terms of setting up a morning routine to get your business going. It is really motivational. Very American focused so if you are not American there should be some adjustments made. Overall a good book and worth the read whether at the start of your career or not.

The best real estate business book I’ve read so far!

I loved this book. The material is presented in a concise and interesting manner, with inspirational anecdotes and easy-to-apply techniques for better customer service. The Ninja Method focuses on embracing the sales process and adding value to clients, first and foremost. Having already applied some of these techniques to current relationships, I see a positive response. I'm no "ninja" yet, but I'm practicing. I'm sure this will be a book I'll re-read over my real estate career.

Its was good, not great. I know a lot of sales people that found this book "transformation" so maybe my expectations were too high. Im also not really in sales so maybe it was irrelevant.
