Incredible book. Thought provoking and thought changing in every page. It gives you the facts and mesmerize and wonders you with great, humorous writing. There are other books that start marveling at you (Homo Sapiens or Guns, Germs, and Steel) and then giving you sprinkles of facts just to be called nonfiction. This book is never dull, never difficult, sometimes dense if you don't know about the topic, but it just make you want to read more every time, because you don't know which direction any subject or conclusion is gonna jump to, and it is always extraordinary. Everybody should read it.

-It has a language basically everyone understands.
-It explains it in a hilarious way.
-You learn some curious facts about somethings you never thought were related to this book, plus the mechanism of how stress affects the body, health, sleep, etc.
I really recommend this book. The last chapters are some life-changing advices (I hope so) that may help you for life to manage your stress.

The first and most scientific half was thorough, thus also tedious for a non scientific person. The second half was far superior in terms of impact and usefulness. The first part is essential for understanding the more useful parts. Rough start, but worth the effort in the end.

Very thorough and in depth about types and sources of stress, and management. Very scientific, but written in a familiar and humorous tone that made it easier to understand.
