A fun little take on Peter Pan. A lot more spice than anticipated. Mixed feelings for this one but will probably carry on with the series.
The premise for this book is very enticing and I’ve always loved Peter Pan/Tinkerbell as a child but this book was just not it. The first few chapters started out fine and I was excited to get to Neverland and see the plot build. Instead there was zero world building, zero character development, zero plot building and a lot of the dialogue was cringe. Actions seemingly came out of nowhere and relationships between the characters, if you can even call it that, went from 0 to 100. Everything was too rushed. It’s disappointing because the premise really captured me and if the author could slow down and build, this book could’ve been amazing.

I am absolutely in love with the lost boys, can’t even tell you yet who is my favorite! Must read for anyone into dark retellings of childhood stories!
