Okay, I’m really trying to keep up and it’s getting a bit easier to do so. But 3 mates? It’s getting a little difficult to not pick favorites and hope that Alina can stay in one place. The story line is getting better, the sexiness is still really great, I’m pretty invested now.
5 Spice. Still cheesy, but the trashy TV of books and for some reason I need to know how this ridiculous story ends. LOL.

The side characters definitely made this for me. I love how there is so much going on between the series of this world and how it’s all connected. I think Alina’s stubbornness made certain parts of this frustrating for me because it caused so much tension between things additionally, I got frustrated how so many other creatures in this world seem totally ok with sharing mates but god forbid vampires do the same thing. I’m hoping with everything that played out in the past quarter of this book, they’ll be able to work more as a cohesive unit and take advantage of their combined strengths.

Better than the last book. The plot is finally starting to come out, and it’s intriguing so I think I’ll read at least one more. Just hoping there’s a little less self loathing in the next one 🤞🏻
FMC Being Bad***
The FMC is still a full on bad b**ch who takes no one’s shit. The men fight over her and she doesn’t stand for it. I love it!
Even having multiple mates she keeps her independence, courage (because even bad b**chs cry), love, and personality. She didn’t lose herself into the men and that is such a great thing!
Can’t wait to keep reading.
