As someone who lost a loved one, unknowing if it was an accident or if it was suicide; hearing how Clementine grapples with her grief and makes peace with changing was cathartic. Ashley Poston has created a world for her grief to exist as a point fixed in time, and has shown that it is possible to make peace with changing from that. I loved this book, and really connected with the pieces that Ashley wove of herself into it.
