The beginning is pure magic! The rest is kind of scary haha at least for 5 year olds but still fun. I could do without the weird oompa loompa songs. This is one of the most engaging audiobooks I've listened to.

Trying to off spoiled kids shouldn't be this fun, but it's a modern classic for a reason. I loved the narration by Eric Idle. 4.5 stars.
