This went from 0-60 quick. This was a little sloppy. The cast if characters gets too large too fast, and then following so many different POV's. I'm still interested to see what happens in the future, but this felt sloppy.

Never had a book make me cry like this one did. Very impressed with the writing around character growth that was done in a nuanced way that genuinely showed the depth of her emotions through her actions, or lack there of.

Love this book! Rowan and Celaena's relationship is so organic and I can read their banter all day! Abraxos is one of my favourite side characters and I will never not picture him as Toothless from How to Train Your Dragon!
