I loved that this was a contemporary romance with more depth! It felt so clean and well done. There were added dynamics to this book that make everything feel more real. It is contemporary romance so of course they fall in love quickly but that’s a genre standard. This book had a different feeling and theme than typical rom coms. I loved that the love conflict
wasn’t anything about them! I think that’s why I liked it so much, it wasn’t a typical trope fall out. It was something entirely unrelated to them as people.


I am a big Emily Henry fan and read most of what she publishes, this was a big favorite, top 2 of her books.
