filthy, silly, and fun. i’m not usually one for this sort of instant love wherein you realize all of this falling for each other happens over the course of a week because what the fuck what do you mean how is that possible that man is a stranger BUT! it was all so stupid hot i don’t really care. also not for nothing but tessa bailey is so fucking good at writing dirty talk like it’s so filthy it’s kind of perfect oh my god who said that—
i quite liked jude and i’m so excited that tessa bailey is planning a sequel for him and dante because she’s a genius and a legend.
my only disappointment is with myself, and its that for the first i would say quarter of the novel i was picturing myles as a post-prison sentence dungeons and daddies glenn close which is maybe the most shameful thing i have ever done and i really didn’t know that i had the capacity to think of glenn in that way. and yet…..

Okay, there’s the issue. Tessa Bailey loves smut but her story lines get weird sometimes. Also, leather cuffs??? Please for the love of everything no.
definitely don’t read this for the murder mystery, severely lacking…. the smut tho….

I found the premise of this story pretty toxic, there were funny moments but all in all pretty cringey. I like the way Tessa Bailey writes but this book was not her best. Someone else here mentioned that the older guy thing is gross and I agree also please don’t learn about love from books like this one
