it was a quick and fun reading

it wasn’t what i expected. i would’ve loved seeing them work more on the case together and fall in love in the process
feels like their relationship was kinda rushed

All spice, no substance.

i wonder at what age they’ll stop being so sex thirsty

Tessa Bailey is a magician. Every time I pick up a Tessa Bailey book, I know I’ll find a strong heroine and a dirty talking hero.

My Killer Vacation is no different. This book was INCREDIBLE!! I could not put it down and managed to sneak in extra work breaks just to keep reading about Taylor and Myles. Taylor, like any good Tessa Bailey heroine, is on a path of self-discovery and personal empowerment. While Myles decides to embrace vulnerability and self-reflection on his own healing journey.

The relationship builds in the best way. The attraction is there from the start, but the two have to work through their own issues to move forward. The tension is perfection and as a reader I felt every bit of Taylor and Myles’ ~frustration~. I cannot recommend this book enough and encourage everyone to pick it up and literally every other TB story!!

Cringey beginning, moderately redeeming middle, awful ending
Still a Tessa Bailey stan though

I really enjoyed the book. Their banter is great, and it didint finish with her pregnant or already having 40 kids
