Shit's getting real, I am really enjoying re-reading this series!

My favourite Alex Rider book in terms of plot. We find out a lot about him and his family, we also realise that Scorpia is going to be reoccurring in the next books as it has a personal value to him. Loved it

In the 5th book of the Alex Rider series, Anthony Horowitz does a great job introducing and showing how dangerous Scorpia (Sabotage, Corruption, Intelligence, Assassination) is, and continuing to show this throughout the book with a desired consistency. He also gets the reader engrossed with the book, the espionage world, and Alex Rider. There is action, suspense, adventure danger, and is realistic.

I really good book that I enjoyed. There were many twists and turns.

Love

I think this was my favorite book so far, at least when it comes to Alex.
adventurous medium-paced

the book starts of with alex rider being told by his friend and caretaker if you could call her that given their age gap is not that big, telling him that he had to stop missing lots of school and be careful and that she had got him a tutor for the remainder of the summer.Alex had been recruited by M16 after his uncle's death and had been doing until during his last mission one of the assassins he killed told alex that his father had been an assassin as well.he follows a school trip to venice where he finds out about the scorpia group and their leader brings him along with her to london as she tries to get him killed, but alex ends up betraying them, and bringing down the whole organization
