Tough to live up to the huge amount of hype and alluring title. Lot of beautiful insights and practical approaches to healing in here. Tempting to skim parts that dragged on a bit too long.

What an incredible read. I truly appreciate these insights and explorations into how our bodies hold on to trauma and how we learn from a very young age to respond.

More of a factual scientific psychology approach than expected. Found it quite difficult to read and understand some parts, but gaines some usefull information from it. Its good if your trying to understand what trauma is, the effects it has on your body and mind and where trauma comes from. I enjoyed it, but it wasnt amazing
