Catherine and Jasperās early love story was so stinkinā cuteā¦ the rest of the book, not so much.
I love Chloe and her siblings, they were so entertaining and I was here for the alternating chapters between Chloe and the cutest 1960 love story. However, once the author switched it up to other charactersā POVs in part two, NOTHING HAPPENED. The pacing felt so off and there was no real resolution.
Elderly Catherine was not the same character from the 60s and Iām still so angry at her. She caused all this drama and fuss but wrote it all off as ābest for everyone.ā
I canāt stand when the entire plot hangs on one characterāa stupid dramatics.

I LOVED this book! It was different yet the same! (I donāt know if that makes sense, but thatās it) I loved the different timelines. I loved the different view points. I just loved this book. It truly brought joy to my reading world!
