This book was enjoyable, I decided on a whim to pick up the audiobook. I really enjoy the audiobook versions mainly because I love the narrator! His voice is perfect for these books. I had an issue though with how throughout the book words were defined for us. It got really really annoying. Everything also felt very obvious, I had figured out the ending incredibly quickly. All in all it was ok, if I can find the remaining audiobooks I will for sure continue on.

I love reptiles and I love the Baudelaires and I'm stupid because every time the narrator goes "and something really bad will happen to the kids because this is not a happy story" I'm like nah he's lying and hope for the best and then horrible things happen and like ?????????? I'm dumb

I will probably start the third one today.

Great little read :) something which you can just sit back and digest in an hour or two if you just wanna escape and enjoy it :)
