I read a short insert before craving to add this to my must reads. There is so much mysterious unknown going on that even at the end of this first book, you still don't know everything and are yearning for more.
The character's have spice and it has a different twist on the aspects of the supernatural that had me all sorts of stoked.
I am eager to read the next installment to this enthralling story. Keep up the hard work!

Mehhhhh this was fine. The FMC was good, but her new bestie Nat was for sure my favorite character. The plot itself was good, and the pacing was quick, but the romance was... not great. It was insta love soulmates for the man (demon), but the girl is all anti-demon, so she was just not giving in. That part was fine, but what wasn't fine was the complete and utter lack of chemistry or even personality for with man (demon). Like. His whole personality is just possessive alpha boy who wants the girl. They never even have a conversation like every single convo is him being all "you're mine" and her being all "I'm no one's" and him being all "is it because I'm a demon" and her saying "yes." This is why I kind of hate the fated mates trope because it just seems to make the actual relationship building and chemistry component nonexistent. Also Lucifer was gross but that whole section was decent. Idk why the almost orgy was necessary though. Especially considering how much our demon man freaked out about some random man touching her shoulder, I don't really get why he didn't freak out more about that whole thing.

The world building was interesting. A nice blend of modernity and magic. I'm intrigued enough to continue. Enemies to lovers, but still very close to enemies. Minimal spice

This was a really fun read that was filled with adventure and sparky humor. Great mix. I was a tad saddened that the blurb in the ad for this was so misleading tho. It made me want different things than what I found in the book. Not that I was disappointed the book, just that I was disappointed in what I didn't really find based on what they teased me with.
I did enjoy the read tho and look forward to when the next comes out in January.
