Boring, badly written, jumpy, stupid metaphorical phrasing.
Boek kwam meermaals voorbij om te lezen, Thrillers houd ik wel van en het boek maakte me nieuwsgierig.
Maar helaas viel het boek erg tegen. Ik heb de andere delen niet gelezen, maar had begrepen dat dat geen probleem hoefde te zijn.
Weet niet of het daar aan heeft gelegen, maar ik kon me niet binden met het boek. Het was erg warrig geschreven, wat het erg moeilijk volgbaar maakte. Geen idee of dat kwam omdat ik de personages niet kende omdat ik de eerdere delen niet gelezen had. Maar heb wel vaker halverwege de serie een boek gelezen. Maar dit boek kwam ik niet in en was daarom ook wel een tegenvaller.

Story is just ok. Not as good as other books in the series.
Wasn’t in the mood for this genre, will likely come back to it at another time
Some how I missed that this one is by a new author?! Not the new author that took over when the original author passed away, but a third author. I have a a hard time breaking up with series once I have started them, but I'm not sure if I will keep going (I mean I know I will because "rules" but that doesn't mean I should).
Not as good as I had hoped it would be. Last one of this series for me.
