Karasu's character design is so visually bland. Every top player has something visually distinct about their design (shido kinda looks like a gyaru, yukimiya looks like a college professor, otoya looks like he's a y2k enthusiast, nagi has elsa hair and rin is emo with sick lower lashes) but karasu has nothing noteworthy and just kinda blends into the background. Personally, I think they should've switched his design with saramadara kairu (guy with the white dreads) - his design is unique and visually distinctive, unlike karasu's. It's a shame such a cool looking character showed up in a total of like five panels.

Story wise, it was very fun to see the other top players and what makes them the best, but I feel this game was too short. I don't like it when sports manga drag out their games, so I've been pleased with the pacing up till now, but I feel like isagi's evolution was too quick. I would've liked more development on the other players and how they coexist on the field, and seen more struggle in isagi's improvement, he evolved like a chapter after they told him what to do and it didn't feel earned.
